Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the firewood house of Dilip Yadav. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article.
