The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR has been lodged against ex-Mukhiya and Panchayat Secretary for the embezzlement of government money of Rs. 15,98,500/- meant for boring under PHED. It is submitted that petitioner at the relevant time of Ex-Panchayat Secretary. In course of deputation in the year 2019 to 2020 this petitioner has withdrawn Rs. 22,500/- only and he is ready to deposit the same before the court below at the time of furnishing bail bond. Moreover, the work under the said scheme has already been completed. Petitioner claims

In view of the undertaking given by this petitioner and he will deposit the alleged amount of Rs. 22,500 at the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 301 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
