This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 is the sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased and the petitioner no.2 is unmarried daughter of petitioner no.1 and they do not have any concern with the affairs of the father, mother and brother as they do not stay there and

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that these petitioners are also involved in the crime but he has not been able to produce any direct material in support of the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case especially considering the fact that the petitioner no.1 is the sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is unmarried daughter of petitioner no.1, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
