Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court but petitioner is in jail custody since 28.5.2014 and report of Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra shows that up till now, case of the petitioner has not been committed to the court of sessions. No doubt, petitioner is said to have been caught with looted truck but he does not have any criminal antecedent and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Bheldi P.S. Case no. 73/2014.
