The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the petitioner and one other accused person having been arrested by the police and as far as the petitioner is concerned, one country made pistol with two live cartridges was recovered by the police. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner is an accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is stated to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9249 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 languishing in custody since 09.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail upon completion of six months of custody with effect from 09.10.2018 and subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned A.C.J.M., 1st Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018.

With the aforesaid directions, the present bail petition stands disposed of.
