The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 326/307 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018. The petitioner allegedly caused injury with sharp cutting weapon to the father of the informant as a result whereof he died during the course of treatment. The doctor has found three wound on the person of the deceased and cause of death was shock and haemorrhage. The hearsay witnesses have stated before the police that they heard that the petitioner has caused injuries to the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2018. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8754 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 bail is refused.

However, if the trial is not concluded within six months from today, the petitioner may renew the prayer for bail before the learned Court-below itself.
