Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 150 and 151 of the Railway Act, Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Badri Yadav.

Submission of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TI Parade and he is in custody since 25.11.2016.

Case No. 52 of 2010.
