Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 30(a) and 30(d) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Five liters of country made liquor and raw mahua was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 03.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
