Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barauni PS Case No. 514 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. In the instant case, allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol with three live cartridges were seized from the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.10.2018.
