No. 3238 of 2019, C-R1-804 of 2019, arising out of Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code in which he is in custody since 17.10.2019.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name has transpired in the confession of one Bharat Sadai. Though the petitioner has been made accused in four other cases but in all such cases he is on bail. Considering the aforestated facts, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the

No.13281 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Darbhanga in connection with T.R.
