Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 with other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-B)A/26/35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 04.10.2016, 08.11.2016, 14.12.2016 and 22.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 42211 of 2016, 43972 of 2016. 47423 of 2016, 48481 of 2016 and 55042 of 2016 respectively.
