Informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioner on the ground that he along with victim went to Tamil Nadu and after that informant's brother (victim) did not return to his home. Investigation of this case has already been completed and in course of investigation, except the aforesaid fact, witnesses did not say anything more. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Mufassil P.S.
