JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was driving the vehicle from which the stolen transformer is said to have been recovered. Co-accused Sanjay Kumar Singh , Birendra Kumar and Bhola Chouhan, who were found sitting on the vehicle, have already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbisganj P.S.Case No. 444 of 2015.
