1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The present application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 20579 of 2025, which got dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order, dated
Patna High Court MJC No.372 of 2026(3) dt.11-03-2026 3/3 19.01.2026.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects pointed out by the office has been removed but after expiry of time.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the same is allowed and the connected case, being C.W.J.C. No. 20579 of 2025 is restored to its original file, subject to verification regarding removal of defects by the petitioner.
