The present writ petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the Supply Appeal Case No. 45 of 2018 pending before the learned Collector, Sitamarhi.
The learned counsel for the State has no objection in case stipulated time frame is fixed for disposal of the appeal, in case the appeal has not been disposed off till date. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the learned Collector, Sitamarhi, to dispose off the aforesaid pending Appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in case the same has not been disposed off till date.
