ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 The petitioners seek revision of the order dated 3.10.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur in J.J.B. Case No. 136 of 2015 arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2013 also the order dated 7.11.2015 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 91 of 2015 by the Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the nature of material against the petitioner I am not inclined to release him. The revision application is dismissed. The Court below is directed to conclude the enquiry positively, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
