The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 08 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Petitioner and one Dhaneshwar Sahani were found carrying the illicit liquor and when the police intercepted then the petitioner ran away from the place of occurence and his

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
