The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to settle the lands bearing Khata No.236, Khesra Nos.715 and 752, area 30 decimals in favour of the petitioner in lieu of land of the petitioner bearing Plot No.1239 of Khata No.86, Area 30 decimals. The State of Bihar took the land of the petitioner for construction of road on condition that the lands of Khesra Nos.715 and 752 of Khata No.236, area 30 decimals situated in village Malik Sarai shall be settled in favour of the petitioner but since 2011, no order for settlement of the land

Patna High Court CWJC No.980 of 2017 (3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 in favour of the petitioner has been passed.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I direct the respondents to pass order of settlement in favour of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) N.H./- U
