The petitioner is accused in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 368 of 2016 registered under Sections 379, 461 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regarding theft of two motorcycles from the campus of informant, he lodged the present case raising suspicion against one Jitendra Oraon having hand in the theft of motorcycles. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, police got recorded the confessional statement of co-accused, Jitendra Oraon, who confessed his guilt about committing theft of two motorcycles of informant and also saying that one motorcycle is kept at the house of the petitioner and other in the house of Rajesh Oraon. It is further submitted that, in fact, petitioner is inimical term with the informant due to that reason he has falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the informant has filed compromise petition in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.09.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 368 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
