JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR, during investigation his name was transpired only on the basis of confession.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession there is nothing against him. He is in custody since 22.11.2019 having no criminal antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been submitted, there is no chance of tempering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.7916 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
