The petitioner is accused in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2015 registered under Sections 379, 411 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of informant, Dinesh Sahni, is that on 17.07.2015 when he was counting money after withdrawal from State Bank at Sarfudinpur, then one boy came there and made attempt to snatched the cash. On alarm, with the help of guard miscreant was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Laxman Kumar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case mere on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56276 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 suspicion as the petitioner was present there due to his personal work. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.07.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochaha P.S. Case No. 122 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
