JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One loaded country made pistol was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.9.2015 and having similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, the Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 267 of 2015.
