The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014 registered under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in disclosure made by one Md. Equbal, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
