Mr.Ajay Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has given brick blow on the left chick of Srawan Kamti, who is not the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.10.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.10.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
