JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was earlier on bail in a case which was registered against the petitioner in the year 2001. The bail bond of petitioner was cancelled on 20.7.2012 and, therefore, the aforesaid fact goes to show that petitioner attended the court till the year 2012. Moreover, petitioner was arrested on 24.9.2015 on the strength of process of court issued against him and since then he is languishing in jail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
