2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/109/74/303(2)/ 3(5)/352/351(2)/79 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim with rod causing injury on head. He is in jail since 27.11.2024. The petitioner claims to have clean antecedent. 4 Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM IX, Bhagalpur concerned court in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024.
