Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Wife of the petitioner died in unnatural circumstances in the house of the petitioner. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Trial is going on.

Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 440 of 2018 arising out of Bibhutipur Police Station Case No. 196 of 2015 pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur.

Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
