2. The petitioners are in custody since 28.11.2016 in connection with Ara-Nawada P.S. Case No. 659 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with alleged recovery of about 27 litres of country made liquor (Mahua) which is denied.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody having already suffered by the petitioners above named since 28.11.2016, let them be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara-Nawada P.S.
