The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of theft of a Bolero vehicle of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the said vehicle was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 328 of 2019, Reg. No.2525 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
