In view of the earlier statement made on 29.02.2020 by both counsel for the parties that the parties are willing to get the matter settled amicably outside the court as the criminal allegation relates to matrimonial discord, the case was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, but mediation process could not be done due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Petitioner has made statement in paragraph 13 of the bail petition that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife and children with full honour and dignity and he is ready to maintain

In the circumstances, petitioner will file an affidavit to the effect that he will bring his wife and children to his home. Such affidavit must be filed in the Court before 1st of November, 2021 so that the matter may be heard and there is every possibility of disposing of the same on the next date fixed. Put up this case on 1st of November, 2021.

In the meantime, interim order dated 29.02.2020 will continue.
