It is agreed between the parties that in the light of office order dated 9.3.2019 issued by Executive Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road Division, Samastipur, grievance of the petitioner in so far as entitlement is concerned, no longer remains.
Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1966 of 2016(4) dt.28-03-2019 2/2 payments consequent upon the said office order are yet to be made.
In the circumstances, this Court would expect that in compliance of the office order dated 9.3.2019 the authorities will ensure payment of the due and admissible amount to the petitioner if not done, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
