The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.358 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Nurse working in IGIMS and she is the daughter of one of the accused Kamruddin Mian @ Md. Kamruddin Mian against whom there is specific allegation of killing the deceased. The entire family members of the petitioner have been named in the FIR as having involved in the crime. During investigation, no material has come against the

Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considered the submissions of the parties.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady working as Nurse in IGIMS and there is no specific role assigned to the petitioner in killing of the deceased, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.358 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
