2. The impugned order dated 20.04.2024 passed in
Patna High Court L.P.A No.124 of 2025(3) dt.15-06-2026 2/3 C.W.J.C. No. 16402 of 2023 reads as follows:
"The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of Writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, direction, quashing the Letter No. 127 dated 27.01.2022 (Annexure 3), issued by the Respondent No.5, whereby the Petitioners have been directed to get registered themselves with Urmila International Services Private Limited, failing which the Petitioners shall be restrain from discharging their duties. The Petitioners further prays for consequential writ of Mandamus, commanding the Respondent authorities, especially the Respondent No.
4 and 5 to forthwith allow the Petitioners to work as Date Entry Operators, in view of the fact that now it is not necessary for the Data Entry Operators, working with the Health Society to get themselves registered with the aforesaid Private Company for disbursement of salary, rather the Health Department is directly sending funds to the respective Health Societies for making payment of salaries to the operator and also pay full remuneration to the Petitioners from September 2021 to January 2022 i.e. the period during which the Petitioners discharged their duties, however they were not paid their remuneration.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed."
3. In such circumstances, we are of the considered view that the Letters Patent Appeal is not maintainable and stands disposed off accordingly.
4. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
