In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No.27 of 2015, registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The allegation has been made against the petitioner that he and other accused persons have forcibly entered into the house of the deceased and informed that one Surya Narayan Singh has issued his order to pay Rs.30, 00,000/-, which the deceased has received after his retirement, that led to oral altercation and the accused persons forcibly took the deceased outside the house and one by one pumped the bullet in the body of the deceased.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56723 of 2015 (3) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been roped in the present case on account of the fact that three cases were lodged by his father against the deceased and his cousins.
Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
