Petitioner is accused in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015 registered under Sections 392 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Sameem. Thereafter, the Police got recorded his statement showing his involment in the present case, except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56325 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Araria-III, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 207 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
