2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 341, 448, 323, 325, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of Arms Act and Sections 10,13, 16, 18 and 20 of U.A.P. Act, registered in connection with Valmikinagar P.S.Case No. 64 of 2018.
3. According to allegation, the Maoist group committed murder of the deceased. They had levelled allegation against the deceased that he was involved in sexual exploitation of women belonging to Scheduled Tribes community, after alluring them to give money and he also used to harass the innocent persons by implicating them in false and frivolous cases.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is an unmarried girl of clean antecedents and she has falsely been implicated. There is no allegation at all against her, neither there is incriminating material against her in the entire case diary.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Valmikinagar P.S.Case No. 64 of 2018. subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
