The grievance of the petitioner is that a selection process initiated on 8.12.2014 for appointment of Anganbari Sevika of Centre No.75, Ward No.13, Gram Panchayat Raj, Dihuli Ishak in the District of Muzaffarpur vide Annexure-1 has not reached its conclusion.
Although a representation is filed before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur but under the guidelines the competent authority to examine the matter at the first instance would be the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2941 of 2016 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur the respondent No.5 herein.
In the circumstances, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur and it goes without saying that any such representation being filed by the petitioner within fortnight from today shall be considered and disposed of by the District Programme Officer in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by speaking order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
