JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Present is the petition for quashing of the FIR lodged with Jakkanpur P.S. bearing Case No.372/2015 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned State Counsel has filed an attested copy of the report under Section 173 CrPC to the effect that no offence against the petitioner is disclosed. Copy of the report is taken on record.

In view of the report filed before this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ application.
