The petitioner is accused in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 307, 337 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation of the informant is that she is a Teacher in U.K.M. School, Maharajganj (Jamui) and she used to reside in a rented house at Jamui. The husband of the informant used to put pressure upon her to resign from the post of the Teacher, but she refused, thereafter, he threatened to kill her. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23187 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 came in the way and fell down after catching her hair, assaulted by fists and slaps and also sat on her chest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has filed a matrimonial case for restitution of conjugal life, but the informant does not want to live with the petitioner due to that reason she has filed the present case. The petitioner is in custody in the present case since 24.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
