The petitioners seek bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.448 of 2015 registered under section 47A of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the fact that on completion of investigation a report under section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already been filed, the above named petitioners, who are men of clean antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
