The Petitioner seeks bail in Barouli P.S. Case No.155 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401, 413, 414, 411, 420, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was found in possession of a motorcycle, which is said to be stolen. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 28.07.2016 and other accused persons have already been granted regular bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court. The orders have been annexed as Annexure-2 series. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
