Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court on initial stage giving liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

It is informed that charge has already been framed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
