No sooner the exercise of combined gradation list is completed and the same is approved by the Departmental Promotion Committee, the consequences, if any, will flow with regard to the notional promotion to the petitioner. So far as other reliefes are concerned, it has also been authorized in favour of the petitioner. If the same has not accrued, he is free to approach the concerned authorities for settlement of the same.
