The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 09.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32717 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 11.02.2015 and up-till-now the trial has not been concluded and in future the same is not likely to be concluded.
Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that one kilogram Charas, cash of Rs. 36,700/-, voter I.D. Card and pass book were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4829 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 60 of 2015.
Let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible, preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
