JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the Patna University, Patna. This application has been filed alleging deliberate disobedience of the order dated 27.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1968 of 2017. A supplementary show cause reply has been filed on behalf of the University, wherein it has been stated that this Court's order has been fully complied with.

No purpose would be served by keeping the present contempt petition pending. This contempt proceeding accordingly stands dropped.
