Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the State Appellate Authority is functional and as such the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority.
Considering the aforesaid, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority. In the event the petitioners file appeal within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal in view of the fact that the petitioners were pursuing remedy of
Patna High Court CWJC No.743 of 2017(3) dt.08-03-2018 3/3 writ petition before this Court which remained pending for more than one year.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petitions stands disposed of.
