Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no doubt the victim girl has not supported the prosecution case in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In that statement she has also disclosed herself as major.

Having heard both sides, in view of the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C., let above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7549 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sasaram, Rohtas, in connection with Kochas P.S. Case no. 145 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. There are other conditions also that (1) bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned,
