The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj Special Case No. 20 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise of Prohibition Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 14.100 liters of illicit liquor from the joint house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 12.01.2019.
