The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S.Case no.594 of 2019 corresponding to G.r.No.2527 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 380 and odd ltrs. of liquor from the Bathan of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that recovery is from the Bathan, not the house of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8475 of 2020(2) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No.594 of 2019 to G.R.No.2527 of 2019.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
