BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA CWJC No. 19330 of 2015 Petitioner :Anil Kumar Respondent :The State of Bihar & Ors Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Rajeev Ranjan Prasad Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is a categorical statement in paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3 that the amount of group insurance, difference of salary on account of 6th Pay Revision and amount towards due increment of salary will be paid to the petitioner positively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, agrees in view of the said statement that the matter may be settled as per the undertaking reiterated here by the learned counsel for the State.

As agreed, the State will pay the amount in terms of paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit of respondent no. 3 within a period of two months from today. The parties agreed to the settlement.

This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
